10 Best Rocket League Players
Who are the best Rocket League players? We use two methods to ascertain who the best Rocket League player is.
First, we go by our own expertise and estimate of player’s relative strength compared to to others. We take into both player performance individually, as a team, as well as their performance in the most recent five sanctioned Rocket League esports events.
Second, we go by esports earnings as a way to discern the top 10 in Rocket League. Overall, the logic follows that prestigious events have larger prize pools, where performing well at these events consistently is the key means to gather esports earnings. Conclusions
Tournament performance, team standings and prize pools are not the most accurate way to determine who the best is, but are some of the more objective means of doing so. Notably though, as prize pools continue to grow in the scene, who knows if earnings will be a good estimate of the best players.
While we’re sure everyone has their own subjective opinion as to which players are the best Rocket League players, it’s clear that the level of competition has jumped upwards in the past few years making it difficult to pick out one player in particular.
